In my view of the business, my job goes way beyond finding and showing properties that somewhat match the buyer’s budget and general direction, or to offer/market a seller’s property through the traditional channels and means of the practice; because, truly, the most important aspect of approaching real estate is not the property or investment itself, but what I call “the lock and the key”.  

The lock refers to the process of clearly listening and identifying the specific intentions and aspirations, along with the primary motivators and drivers behind the decisions surrounding the transaction (whether is purchase, sale or investment), because having absolute clarity on the grounds of the search is what allows me to find the most fitting and suitable solution (the key!) for the customer. 

Because where there is a lock, there surely is a key! and to find it is what I offer.
