If I have learned only one thing in my XX years in the business, it is that not one person, project, business, transaction or relationship is the same as the other, and no market, property or portfolio is the same as the other either. My approach to Real Estate stems out of this uniqueness, and my job is to match that unique lock with its unique key.
The subtleties (no matter how imperceptible) are always there, and they become the key drivers of diversity and diversification. The two “Ds” are the central focus of my business. I move within diverse and diversified markets, portfolios and networks because this allows me to reach beyond my own circle of influence.
Through diversity and diversification, if I don’t know, I find who does; if I don’t have it, I find who does; and if it is not in my network, it is in someone else’s, and my network has access to that network.
I may not know it all (not one person does) but I am for sure resourceful. If there is a lock, I’ll find the key. I will open that door. That’s what I offer.
