The title of most desirable (RE market) in the United States has belonged and still belongs to South Florida, and as other markets in the nation come, go, wane or cool off, South Florida remains firmly established as the most popular in the industry. 

Real Estate investment is one of the two key economic drivers in South Florida, which continues to see a significant number of transactions and a surge in both domestic and international wealth migration. But what truly confers this prime real estate market its incomparable robustness and resilience is, again, its diversity and potential for portfolio diversification. 

Key drivers:
